Tamsin Woods
Tamsin (stage name Davina) is a full time Social Worker with a backup plan to run away with the circus. She started training circus quite late, aged 21, and has been able to perform through her show Cirque Du Chennai which has given confidence and drive to her training. Tamsin is an amateur performer and has been running Cirque Du Chennai for 7 years, raising money for a different charity each time, raising over £5000 to date! The show is wholly run by volunteers and 100% of the profit goes to charity. Edd Livesey-Casey
Edd, an aerialist, performer & theatre maker, is most known for being one half of Hikapee circus theatre company. Hikapee create narrative driven performances using circus technique, that tell stories of the world we live in, touring to theatres, outdoor festivals and schools. Outside of Hikapee related shenanigans, Edd works as a freelance performer, including having toured internationally with NoFit State Circus in their show, Bianco. The love of hanging upside down first struck Edd back in 2011, during a theatre placement in Estonia, whilst studying European Theatre Arts at Rose Bruford College.
Katie Hardwick
Katie discovered circus at Glastonbury Festival and Kingston Green Fair, watching adults performing amazing tricks and looking like they were having fun. That was the kind of adult Katie wanted to become. She trained at the National Centre for Circus Arts as an after school hobby, spent a lot of time working with Swamp Circus whilst completing her English degree, then returned to London from where she works as an aerialist and stilt walker in live events around the globe, and on screen. From 2010-2017, she ran a former Creative Youth company, Circus Suburbia, teaching circus classes in Surbiton and bringing students to perform at the festival.
Annie Zita
Annie Zita started circus in 2010 when there was an advert put around her high school. Her friend didn’t want to go alone so she convinced her to tag along with her and they fell in love with it on the first day and it’s all thanks to Katie Hardwick! They spent the next almost 6 years in that youth circus – almost every Friday! They got to perform for so many wonderful years at IYAF and she was encouraged to try for the London Youth Circus which she started in 2011. Annie spent most of her teenage years between Circus Suburbia and the London Youth Circus and she knew that this is what she wanted to pursue as a career. In 2016 Annie started the degree at the National Centre of Circus arts graduating with Cloud Swing and here ten years since she started she is now a graduate! She’s been performing around Europe and London and forever grateful for all the opportunities she had since a young age and hoping to have many more in the future too!
